Search for gRNAs by their sequence directly. Max 10 sequences allowed, between 10 and 30 nucleotides in length. Note that the calculated specificity value will depend on the maximum offtargets that you search for.

Input gRNAs to search against the Guidescan2 index for the organism, one per line. If you do not wish to include PAMs automatically, specify *None* for enzyme selection. Otherwise, PAMs are automatically added depending on the selected enzyme.
